CARMEN!!!!MY QUEEN! She saved my microlocks!I would be lost without her. I’d never missed a retie with my original Loctition and followed all of her rules but was still experiencing thinning, bunching, and holes and it wasn’t being addressed. Made an appointment to see Carmen for second opinion and good thing I did. I was on the path to all of my locs eventually thinning and breaking off. She repaired and gave them some extra love and 2 sessions later they are healthier and flourishing. 🤗 looks like a completely different set of locs. Thank you so so much😇

I’ve been seeing Carmen for my micro twist locs, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s been 6 weeks, and I’m extremely pleased with how the process has gone. She’s very responsive, professional, and really takes the time to ensure you’re comfortable and informed about each step. My locs are looking amazing, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already. I LOVE my hair! I had it braided in singles with a French curl and they came out perfect. The women who did my hair were fast and worked as a team. The owner Carmen! She is sooo kind and fun. She’s willing to listen and help you with any concerns. With semi small singles I came in at 7am and finished at around 1130/12 and it went to 12 because the hair was heavy so they cut some of it off to make it lighter. I loved my experience as a whole and it was fun to watch everyone work as a team. They were proud of the work they did and I thought it was beautiful! 😻 thanks and I will be coming back and referring friends often!

I had a wonderful experience at lucky locs salon! Carmen is a wonderful, knowledgeable woman who truly cares about the health of your hair. My consultation was informative and she even did a couple tester locs (braids and twist) so I would know what to expect on my install day. Her work is superb and while she will do the style you request she will let you know what will work best for your unique hair type. I went to her for my starter micro locs using two strand twists and I am in love with them!! I will be going back for my maintenance as well. I highly recommend Lucky Locs for anyone considering locs!! Michelle is also wonderful and they got my hair done much quicker than I was expecting. 10/10 Update: I’ve now been coming to this salon for my hair maintenance for 16 months now and I’m still very happy with the service I receive each time, as well as the progress of my hair. When making an appointment start on the website and book a consultation FIRST haha. You can book an appointment right after a consultation but that will always come first at this salon. 8/2024 Coming up on two years of working with Carmen at Lucky Locs and my hair is doing very well. I’m almost fully loc’d with healthy hair under the care of this salon. 02/2026 - It has been about three and a half years since my microlocs were installed by Carmen at Lucky Locs and I couldn’t be happier with my hair. Carmen has helped keep my locs healthy for years now and I can not recommend her services enough!
